There’s a $39 membership fee that’s actually a pay wall BEFORE the website announces that if you have Medicare, you cannot participate. So essentially they are taking $39 for a non-membership. A phone rep told me he could “request” a refund on my behalf, which never happened. An email to Zealthy’s legal department has been ignored.

This company is misleading at best, and borderline predatory. I signed up for Zealthy thinking I was getting access to weight loss medication. Nowhere did they make it clear that the $135/month membership doesn’t include the medication—just the ability to pay hundreds more for it separately. When I realized that, I canceled the same day I signed up. Despite this, Zealthy charged me again the next month, even though my account showed I was inactive and needed to “reactivate.” I contacted them over a dozen times, sent them proof of the charge from my bank, and they still told me they “couldn’t find it” and wouldn’t refund me. Only after I filed a BBB complaint did they finally issue a refund—something they could’ve done from the start but clearly had no intention of doing without pressure. Be very cautious with this company. Their business model is intentionally confusing, their refund process is a joke, and they clearly rely on people not fighting back.

Shipping is the most ridiculous thing ever! I submit my refill when I’m suppose to and takes the meds two weeks to even be shipped!
