If I could provide a 0 star review, I would. You pay a membership fee for their coaching, which talks to you The first few days of your membership and then fails to return any messages at all. Most of their support responses are AI and not applicable to an inquiries. They also failed to refill my prescription and so far I'm 26 emails deep waiting for a refund and resolution. This company is 100% a scam. They are an expensive scam.

I used this company after reading the reviews and for the most part I was happy with the experience. But the renewal fee for the month is excessive and when I asked for a refund for one month, I was told I signed the contract, which I don't dispute, but if you have someone asking for a refund and never reordered the medication due to a financial hardship and then not refund the membership fee is not a reputable company. I asked the day the money came out of the account, it was not that I asked weeks later. The app was not the best as it had glitches and it takes too long for them to respond to messages. I think if they helped their clients a little more financially by offering a contingency or something else, it would help with the reviews and need to upgrade their app.

This company needs to be shut down serious fraud and scam artist. They attempted to charge me about 30 times an amount that was not approved only one went through,I have made 13 attempts to speak to a member of management and nothing but the run around, zero call backs, zero response to the multiple emails

After 28 emails with customer service, I have been unable to cancel my "membership" that I did not authorize. They want me to login to manage my own membership but, that doesn't work and even when I send screenshots of what I am seeing - they still request I do the same things I have previously done. DO NOT use this company - you will definitely PAY if you do... find ANYTHING else. **UPDATE** After doing what the reply to this review suggested, some other random "support" person responded with the same stuff I have already been asked to do, done and sent a screen shot of... RUN.

At first, they were all excited to help you with your weight loss journey. You end paying for a membership then paying for the medications on top of the membership. When the 4 weeks are over, you have to pay for renewal of the membership. When you want something little more affordable, they will continue to push the GLP-1 to you even if you can't afford it. When asked for another medications and want more information, they don't give you anything. Me personally, I canceled my subscription but still being charged for the medication that I couldn't afford. Trying to talk to them is horrible via messaging board or phone call.

This company is absolute trash. They try to make it seem like medication is $99 for the first month which I was okay with paying. Turns out I was charged over $200 and that was without receiving medication. I immediately cancelled my membership the same day. Have been going back and forth with them for a refund since June. August 6th rolls around and I'm charged another $135. for what? cancelled the membership and never received medication EVER!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DONT EVER USE ZEALTHY

I received my first prescription. Then it took a month and several requests to get a refill approved. The refill was finally approved on July 3rd and I still have not received it. I keep sending messages and it takes forever for anyone to respond and then they just say they are working on it. They gave a number to call that nobody answers or returns messages. I already paid over $1000 for my refill that I don’t think I am ever going to receive. Do not trust this company!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. FRAUDULENT. They charge me over and over and over despite repeatedly cancelling my account (and receiving confirmation of cancellation multiple times). After my last cancellation they charged me TWICE WITHIN TWO DAYS. My only choice is to cancel my credit card. Do not use this company, you will be robbed.
