$2,400 in charges including double billing for a form that I filled out over one year ago. I never had one appointment nor one delivery or request for medication. Called over one year ago and still billed even after off boarding. Canceled my credit card upon discovery. No reply from customer service. Nada.

Stay away from this company!!! They charged me $670 on 6/5 for a 3 month supply, have sent me nothing and will not respond to my emails asking for either the product or a refund. I learned after they took my $670 that as of 5/22/2025 the FDA has prohibited pharmacies in this country from manufacturing the compounded products Zealthy was in the business of peddling. I guess Zealthy management intends to continue signing people up for a product they know they cannot supply. This is FRAUD and I intend to take them to court.

This company is a HUGE scam! I signed up with them, only to realize that I couldn't afford it, and canceled my order. The next day, Zeathy charged my card 670 dollars, putting me over my limit. When I got the package, there was 5 bags of needles, and one vial of medication. I have tried to get ahold of them for a refund, but to no avail.

Zealthy has changed my life! I have lost approximately 40 pounds in the past 3 months.Before I started I was depressed, didn't like myself only wore stretch pants and long baggie shirts, I had no self confidence, all that has changed for the better. I feel more energized more alive and much healthier. Awful! I kept getting error messages when I tried to sign in. Requested a change password-got nothing. Emailed support-got a lot of suggestions but problem wasn’t solved. Finally got a provider visit scheduled, it was changed without my ok. Then I kept getting notices of an appointment I never scheduled. Asked to cancel my membership and got no response. Was billed a month later. Complained and they said I had to cancel through my account. Told them AGAIN that I couldn’t access my account, went back and forth for hours. Was finally provided a link to supposedly access my account so I could cancel and got an error message! This company is AWFUL!
