I purchased the Handheld Pulse Oximeter to monitor my 3 year old daughter. Unfortunatley it didnt work on her smaller fingers. Within day 1 of receiving I reached out to return. Like all of the other reviews here the customer service is awful. They play games saying they are waiting for an address to give you to return. Its been about 1 week waiting for this return address??? Btw its all email no phone. Now they just stopped responding. I will be now be disputing with my Credit Card company who will honor since I never dispute anything. Im typically not this dumb to buy from an unknown vendor. I will also be posting on Amazon since they sell there as well. UPDATE - They reached out 1 week later with some random address to send the device to (Shipping with tracking paid by me). I will not spend anymore money or time on this. I have removed scam from my review but Would not do business with this company. Stick with reputable companies

Poor customer service. I constantly tried to get a response despite the fact their website says I will get one. Then they keep moving the goal post. First it was “you emailed us on a weekend”, so I suggested they update the website to clarify. No response. 4 emails later, waiting 3 days between each request for a reply, they finally say it was the holidays (nearly 3 weeks after NYE). I ask for a very reasonable feature, they say it can’t be done. I ask why and they say just say it can’t. I follow up twice and remind them I’m asking WHY and they simply repeat that my demands were forwarded to another department. I didn’t make “demands.” I made a request. This shows they aren’t paying attention to what’s actually being asked. Wellvue is guilty of what is called feedback retaliation. It’s basically lashing out because give you criticism and want you to do better. There’s also tones of being anti autistic, as autistic people like myself while not rude, are very straight forward. You may claim “but they didn’t know you’re autistic.” You can know or sense someone is different in some way and be hateful about it. In my case, Wellvue needs to address implicit biases it has against the autistic. It’s my hope HR/DEI department will coach them on this. Until then, I’m not using their product and will go elsewhere.

Update 2: I ordered an new one and that has worked well for me for about a year. Despite their support being very dodgy and difficult when my product failed, I am going to update this for a full 5 as I rely on this product to monitor my heart several times per week and it does that. Update 1: After I wrote this review, Wellue did send me a used ECG recorder as a replacement. They had it shipped directly from the customer that was returning it. The replacement ECG did not seem to be as accurate as the first one that I received, but it seemed accurate enough for my purpose (to detect afib and arrythmias). Dealing with Wellue support was frustrating because my unit was dead, but they kept sending other suggestions. It seemed like basically any excuse not to just support the product. The products are inexpensive enough that you can basically treat them like short term disposables and deal with Wellue support if you have the time and patience. Original Review: Avoid this company. I purchased the 24-HOUR ECG RECORDER. It worked great for 7 days. I contacted support and they sent me a few emails saying to try rebooting and cleaning the contacts. All of which I had already done. Once I asked for a return they said they could send me a new data cable, which obviously was not the problem as it was connecting to try to charge, but the device itself had gone into a different pattern of lights.

ECG MONITOR Bought it Oct. 2021 and used it fewer than a dozen times. Summer of 2022, I could not charge or download properly, so I put it into its box for “later”. About a week ago, Tried again but noticed that the clamp that connects the Data/Charging cable to the sensor, had a broken hinge lug. Complaining to the “Support Team” @ Wellue, I was told that because It was a couple of months out of warranty, I would need to buy a new cable (about $30). When I explained that this was clearly a materials/design problem, they admitted that they are now working on improving the design, but I would still need to buy a new cable. As it is, I have a $350 monitor that is unusable. I was wandering how many people have had the same problem.

Have been using the ring for over a month now and have found if I lay on my left side sleeping it is accurate however as soon as I turn on my right side the alarms keep going off. I have tried this multiple time when awake and get the same results. On my left side I get readings of 93% (have COPD) and half a dozen drops overnight. On my right side I get readins of 70% and have over 200 drops overnight. I check my 02 on another monitor when this happens and find it's measuring 93 even though the alarms are going off. This means I cannot get accurate results unless I sleep on one side only and don't shift around. Will be contacting the company for explanation or replacement.

Wellue sent a promotional email to write a review for their O2Ring Smart Oxygen Monitor in exchange for a Free Monitor. Few details were provided so I inquired with several questions of my own. I received a response (name withheld as a courtesy to the individual support person). Unfortunately, her writing style is below par (word salad); hence, I had to re-write for clarification. Again, word salad was emailed back to me. In addition, Wellue has no customer support phone number (mentioned in other Trust Pilot reviews) so I found it much too difficult to seek a different support person with a better grasp of English. I'd probably be contacted by the same word salad artist. Wellue should not hide behind email and provide a telephone number. Telephone calls are cheap these days! What's more, their HR department should ask for writing samples prior to hiring front-line support personnel. I can not trust getting my money back after the review is submitted if I don't know the full promotional details. I shouldn't have to ask. J. Bell

I loved the ring then the rubber broke. I contacted customer service and was told they needed the invoice before they could fix it. I couldn’t find the invoice, and replied that I just want it fixed despite if it is in warranty or not. I never said I wasn’t prepared to pay for repairs. They have continued to ignore my requests for help. So while the ring is good and did wake me when i stopped breathing at night, it’s pretty useless if you cannot get it repaired. I considered buying a new one, but if this is going to keep happening it’s a waste of money. I have put in several requests in different ways…nothing. Absolutely terrible customer service.

This pulse ox worked well for a few months and then it stopped working. I now only see a Power icon on the monitor. Wellvu doesn't reply to my requests for service and they don't have a telephone number to call.
