ECG Recorder with AI Analysis. Ordered 19th Oct, arrived 1st Nov. Excellent product that works as expected. The AI analysis and reports are especially useful. Well packaged for safe delivery. My only reservation is with the quality of communications. English is clearly not their preferred language, with the result that miscommunication resulted and predictive accuracy as to date of delivery was lost. Knowing the address of the depot was useful.

I recently had a heart issue and made a visit to the ER, afterwards given what they found using an ECG/EKG I wanted the ability to run periodic ECG's on myself at home, I researched the best I could and found the BP2 Connect. One of the huge positives with this is that it is a combination BP Monitor and you can do an ECG reading and get almost instant results with the AI Analysis, this was huge for me as that is included in the price of purchase. I had upgraded to this BP Monitor w/ECG from a standard BP monitor and I am very happy I did. It is very easy to use, the Phone app has some very positive features however the negative is related to the app, it seems as if it may be in an early stage of development. It initially stores the data on the Phone and allows you to add comments, the issue is the next day it gives a message that it needs to assign the data to a user, this simply means you have to select the readings it shows and assign to a user set up in the app. Afterwards you find the comments you made and the AI analysis for the ECG is now gone so you have to repeat your actions by re-adding the comments and re-running the AI analysis. Once you do that is is fine. I had 2 users set up and then ended up removing one of them and the issue still persists. The problem only affects new readings. Perhaps I am not setting something up properly but from what I can tell all is set properly. Regarding the battery life: It does have a built in rechargeable battery which has its own pros & cons but as far as the time between charges depends on whether or not you use the ECG function, just a single ECG read appears to give a big hit to the battery level, this I believe is understandable given how the ECG function works, I guess I would say a larger battery capacity would be recommended but not a show stopper. In the end though I would recommend this to others, I like the interface and the ECG function.

On 16th October i place an order and until today 1st Nov 2023 the shipment is on hold i wanted to cancel this order and need my money back as soon as possible

This is a scam website!!! AVOID! We have asked on multiple occasions to return an item as it is no longer required, 2 months in with 6+ emails back and forth, we have yet to receive a response from this company, as they have completely stopped responding to emails and have refused to provide a return address for us to return the item. We are now having to dispute this through our bank. AVOID!!!

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and assigned a Resmed ClimateLine Air 10 for Her. I additionally ordered an O2ring wearable oxygen monitor. It was a good decision because through it I can see in time what time of night there is less oxygen in my blood and how often. It has developed into a definite pattern that I will show the doctor next time.
