I ordered the wrist overnight O2/pulse monitor from them. It was difficult to put on. I had to email the company to get permission to return it. The hoops the company made me jump through to return it were unreasonable. I asked to return it. They emailed back stating they could replace the wristband. The design is horrible. It would still be difficult to put on. I firmly stated that I did not want a new band. I wanted to return it. They would not give me an address to return it until I 1. Gave them pictures of the product. 2. Gave them a serial number of the product. 3. Cleared any of my history from the product. 4. Send pictures of all the accessories of the product. I sent all this information to them. I shipped the product. I never got a refund. Again, after I followed up with an email and tracking number, their response was an email stating the tracking number didn't work. I copied and pasted the tracking number we gave them into the USPS tracking website. It worked. I sent them a link to the tracking number showing it was delivered over a month ago. I am waiting for their response. Be prepared. Before you buy make sure you have the time to deal with this returns nonsense.

I only have 3 more days to reach the 30 timeline and have no resolution, I'm afraid I'm screwed with this people with horrible customer service. Please note I'm referring to a CPAP Medical device of daily use, You can't be waiting weeks for a resolution!
