Bought 3 products after researching for weeks. O2 ring, wireless bp/ekg monitor and oxygen concentrator. I've been thoroughly impressed with all 3. The O2 ring works flawlessly and better than expected as does the bp/ekg monitor. The app for these is great with proper information recording. The oxygen concentrator works great and is much quieter than the concentrators I've rented previously. Shipping was quick and prices are more than fair.

Bought the blood pressure watch. The website implies the watch also measures blood oxygen level but it does not. Blood pressure measurement well.

Ordering experience was very easy but tracking of shipment wasnt provided. Furthermore, had a email conversation with support team was answered well. As for the O2 ring although I order the old model (4S sampling rate) by mistake but the old model also works well and Im happy with it.
