Great company to work with. When I received my new blood pressure monitor, the screen was not working and they immediately shipped me a replacement. Very good customer service.

I like the product. Works as advertised. Unfortunately order processing was very slow. It arrived late. Also, they process payments through PayPal. I personally don't use PayPal but recieved scam PayPal email associated with this transaction - can't say if this company was at fault or not - so be aware the problem exists.

I bought this for my father who needed to monitor his BP during the night. Unfortunately, the accuracy is way off and we are having to return this.

Still have not received the product

I found no benefit whatsoever from their Cold Laser & TENS device; & if anything it made my shoulder worse. High quality trials of more expensive cold laser therapy devices are mixed, yet all the reviews are positive on their site? The company did reach out to me & initially offered either a keep/rebate or a return/refund; but when I said that I would not change my initial review (now removed from their site) to being more positive they did not contact me again. So how many of the positive reviews on there have actually been changed following an offer of rebate/refund?

I was positively impressed by the outstanding level of support. I had a faulty device and technical support helped me to troubleshoot and lately to replace the device. All happened in a timely fashion and in a few days the new device was shipped to my address. I find the devices from Wellue very competitive in prices and good performances. Unfortunately they tend to fail in time, so I have more defective devices than good one, but even so I continue to buy from them as being the best source for price and performance.
