The first ring we received had a faulty battery. Wellue went out of their way to help replace it - and also dealt with a delivery issue. The ring vibrates when O2 is low - which is why we bought it.

The Wellue O2 Ring is an excellent product. It does everything I hoped for and more. When I had a recent issue with the device, I contacted Wellue Support. They responded quickly and resolved the issue in short order. They were very professional and easy to work with. I recommend this company highly.

The O2Ring is a sold product. I use it to track my SPo2 for sleep Apnea. I have tried other Oximeters that were cumbersome. This one fits on my thumb and i dont even notice it. Also the software that comes with it is great. Also the OSCAR software easily imports the data from the O2Ring.

I have lower back pain that I deal with day to day and when I received this lumbar device from your company of course I was skeptical because of all the past failures of other units. The first time I use this unit I already started not to believe what I was feeling and once I kicked it in with the electric stimulation it was game over for me. I mean it was a miracle for me in that after doing a 15 minute session my back was literally all better. I can't tell you how many months and months I've been dealing with stiffness and not being very flexible I just can't believe it. So I am rating this the ultimate lower back pain reliever hands down the best ever thank you👍👍👍👍👍

Ce petit appareil fait des merveilles… il capture les battements cardiaques pendant la durée de votre choix entre 1 et 72 heures, autant de fois que vous voulez… Appuyer 3 fois sur le bouton pour mettre en marche. Une fois en marche et posé sur votre corps, il détectera automatiquement les signaux de votre coeur et commencera à les enregistrer. C’est tout. Une fois capturées, ces données peuvent être transférées sur votre PC ou portable (uniquement MAC) à l’aide de la pince USB et lues sur le logiciel que vous devrez télécharger. Attention, l’adresse du logiciel dans la documentation est fausse, vous devrez le télécharger à cette adresse : "AI-ECG+Analysis+System+Setup+v1.1.17+-+signed .exe" Une fois téléchargé et les données transférées, vous devrez créer un compte, une fois le compte créé, vous pouvez lire toutes les données et/ou les envoyer pour être interprétées par l’IA. Quelques minutes après, vous pouvez sortir le compte rendu détaillé. C’est formidable et très bien fait. Bravo.

I had quite a few issues with the ECG machine I had purchased, but they weren't huge issues at all. Regardless, I did need to contact support a few times. However, each time they were extremely helpful, positive, and kind to me, and they didn't give up until a solution was reached! I recommend Wellue and their services :)
