Place looked beautiful!

Came home to a beautiful and clean apartment. Best feeling after a long day. And the bows made with the towels were my favorite.

I was great, very professional. Really enjoyed the experience. The booking process was extremely easy and the communication was there the entire time. The service was better then expected.

I came home today after a business trip -- I left on Thursday(my apartment was cleaned on Friday) -- only to find my apartment was unlocked over the entire long weekend..... AND the instructions I left for where to put sheets, and how to deal with the stainless steel appliances were not followed.

I’m extremely happy and appreciative of the services I received from Spruce! This was my first time using a cleaning service. I scheduled my initial appointment a week ago but was able to seamlessly reschedule through the app due to a work commitment. The communications, email & texts, kept me well informed up to the time when Ms. Isela, cleaning tech, showed up. I was not home during the services, but any special instructions I noted through the app were fully completed. I was notified when Isela was completed and pictures were uploaded through the app. I walked into my 2-bedroom apartment and was super pleased with the services. Ms. Isela put a lot of attention & effort into her work. Great job! Steve, US Army, Retired

For the second time in a row, my place was left unlocked. There was a key left with the cleaner. This time, I was out of town and my door was left unlocked for 6 days. The last time, it was unlocked, I came home shortly after the cleaning person left. Also, there are grease marks on my carpet, perhaps from dirty shoes or from a cleaning tool. 5 black grease marks on the carpet

My door was left unlocked and items were left undone or half done. Sent an email, with follow up and never received a response.
