This has been a great experience. My son is now on board and I’m looking forward to seeing results for him. I find this very easy and both Brittany and Meghan are top notch. They are always available and encouraging. I recommend Shapely to everyone I meet.

I was approved quickly and Medicare covers all my costs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and making appointments right away is easy. I'm so glad I found Shapely!

Application aborted
I am not going to continue with my application. From my initial interactions and a little more research, I do not trust their advertising of fees and also received a reminder by text of a $50 fee for not calling 24 hrs in advance to cancel even though all other communication has been by text and online. Fully transparency from day one I what I expected. Have not found one company that provides that, including this one.

Hi Debra, thank you for taking the time to share this. I'm sorry your experience felt that way - that's not the impression we want to make, especially before you've even met your provider.
To give some context: our providers set aside dedicated time for each patient, and we compensate them for that time whether the appointment happens or not. The no-show fee policy exists to help ensure patients show up so that time isn't lost. It's not intended to surprise anyone or create a negative experience. And to be clear, we do not enforce the $50 fee for new patients.
That said, your feedback is valid. Receiving that message before you've even had your first visit, without enough upfront transparency about how our policies work, understandably erodes trust. We're making changes based on your feedback to ensure our communication is clearer from day one.
If you're open to giving us another chance, we'd welcome the opportunity. Either way, thank you for the feedback. It genuinely helps us get better.

I love shapely
I love shapely. They are always there when I need them. I can send a message to my case worker and she will answer usually right away. You can have a nutritionist that is wonderful. Their prices are very reasonable. I’ve been on it for 3 weeks and loss 5 pounds. Love it.
