I ordered a puzzle 6 April for my brothers birthday 6 May. No communication from the company zero updates then I get a notification saying that it’s being processed. I contact the company I’m asked to wait two weeks they’re dealing with COVID-19 fine. Then an update stating that it’s in the process of being shipped from Fresno California and it does not arrive and no other information except for when I click the link that it’s coming from China. They offered to give me 10% discount refund which is not even the taxes. I contact them still has not received by June no response finally the 13th it arrives of June my brother sent me a text and says what’s it supposed to be. I said the picture on the box he sent me a picture of the box it’s a Tupperware box with no other information. They offered to give me 10% discount refund which is not even the taxes. I sent a picture of the item to them I get a response from Deni saying well once the puzzles made then we can talk about it I said no I’m just asking because it’s a misrepresentation of what they were supposed to be getting. Awful company do not do business with them I will make sure that I can review them on every website I can for the negativity of a crappy product crappy customer service.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Buyer beware, this is a total scam. They will take your money and never send your item. They string you along with fake shipping information.

Terrible don’t order from here!! It’s been 4 months and no blanket. They refuse to give me a refund and keep on telling me to be more patient.

It’s a scam its been over a month since I ordered a custom blanket for Mother’s Day, and it hasn’t come, when trying to contact them it’s just an automated email. When tracking the package it says it’s in California and it’s been there for a month. I just wish I went here before I ordered.

If I could give this company Zero stars I would. One star is still too good for this Scam of a company. I'm now at 40+ days with no Mothers Day Puzzle and I can't seem to get a good customer service response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! Tell everyone you know, that is even thinking of this to go elsewhere for a custom gift.

took 40 days to get a puzzle that was so small you cant even put it together. Complete waste. When you email them you just get an auto response each time. do not order here.

Have now waited 3 months for a puzzle. They still claim that it is on its way from China. I have given up.

This website is likely a scam. It has been 48 days since my credit card was charged for a purchase and I still have not received anything. I believe the company is in China and even though I paid for expedited shipping 48 days later still no product. They keep telling me to wait. Every message is wait. Maybe they think I will forget. Do yourself a favor and avoid this merchant altogether.
