Going through Customer Service to get help is a waste of time. They put you through the ringer without solving any issues. Jimmy, Customer Service Representative, asked me to send the photo of the product received and will offer a solution: 1)The first offer was a $5 compensation, 2) The second offer was to remake the blanket at half price and we will send it out for free. 3) The third offer was to remake the blanket for $20 and we will send it out for free. I do not know how many times I have made it clear to Jimmy, but this gift was a blanket of my late cat and they did not do her justice. Let alone could not make her the proper color. I told Jimmy that his company will remake the blanket of free of charge or give me a full refund and I will take my business elsewhere. I was able to have the blanket remade and could approve the renderings before the blanket was sent out. I sent a new picture so there was no confusion of what color my cat was. After days of waiting, no changes were made and the blanket was sent out again without my approval of the renderings. I asked multiple times to speak with the manager and Jimmy would not give me the contact information, I am disappointing with this company and will fight for the full refund.

Please don’t use this company unless you want to lose your money.I ordered a blanket for my son for Christmas of our two dogs in which one of them we had to put to sleep and this was suppose to be something special for my son to remember her by.When I received the blanket they had magnified the picture so much that you can’t even tell what is on the blanket.When I messaged them and sent them a email of what the blanket looked like they told me it wasn’t there problem that I could place another order.Customer service is very rude and doesn’t want to refund your money.I will never order from this place again and I will happily tell anyone that tells me they are going to order from them not to do it because they will scam you out of your money.My order number was Aw8311.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL. I ordered blankets and they came with their own design, they say in a warehouse for over 90 days and the back and forth with the company was not accommodating, like it was my fault their courier service wasn't delivering. They sent me examples of other orders to show delivery times, so they sent out other addresses and personal information. Which only proved that they ordered later than me and had already recieved their packages. By the time I received mine, they smelled like mildew, like they had been sitting in a warehouse. STAY AWAY.

My name is Marlee and my order number was 2804373651518. I ordered a blanket for my grandmother and the image had the puppy on my grandfathers shoes. His health has been failing lately and I wanted the shoes to be in it so she could always have the memories of him before his failing health. I was worried they would cut them out and the support lady (Joséphine) answered me back so fast and made sure that it was included in the order. Honestly the best service ever it meant a lot to me!

They literally made the dog on the blanket,names OREO, YELLOW instead of black and white like......? Then the person on the email told me I’m not allowed to get a refund for this dog that recently passed away because it was my fault for submitting a photo with chromatic issues. The photo that I used clearly shows she is black and white. If your artists have that little of a brain you should fire them. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM DONT ORDER FROM THEM.

Absolutely love this blanket. It is amazing and could not ask for anything better. Highly recommend to have one made though this company. Good turn around time.
