They have horrible shipping and customer service. I never received my package, even though it was guaranteed before Valentines Day, days after it was marked as delivered. I was home on the delivery day and for the next few and didn't see anything. After emailing customer service, they told me to contact the local post office and see who made the delivery service.. which seems ridiculous, especially since it seems it was shipped from a different provider CDL/YunExpress? They also asked me to file a claim with the post office, which I think is meant to be the responsibility of the international sender. They refuse to do anything on their end in the meanwhile and it seems unlikely that they will. This has been a terrible experience and I will never order anything from them again, such a disappointment.

Excellent response time, and show of care. Jason was great! My niece lost her beloved leopard gecko recently, and this company put her picture on a very cozy fleece. I know my niece will treasure it always. Thanks again !
