Worst place to buy a magnet from! It isn’t even a magnet and wont stick to my fridge! How can you buy a magnet and it isn’t a magnet?

I was excited to get an anniversary reel for my husband. He collects vintage reels. Once he opened it on our anniversary I was so disappointed but the lack of definition to the images. They are grainy and awful. Customer service suggests that “Vintage and Retro” reels are intended to be “softer, grainer and less authentic .. to give the classic blur” never has a true vintage reel appeared blurry or in such poor quality. The option I was given to make it right was that I was further asked to pay an upgrade fee to have them print a “classic reel.” No thanks! This is such poor customer service as well. I do not feel comfortable or confident that a second reel would be any better. Buyer beware!!! Find another company if you’re looking for a gift or really sang something you can look at through a view finder. This product is unfortunately a joke.

Initially didn’t get a confirmation but after I reached out to CS, they sent me a confirmation. Still waiting on my package so I’ll update once/if received.

My daughter loved it

顔のシールが剥がれている。 下に恐竜のキャラクター顔があり、安易にシールを貼っただけで高額を支払ってしまった。

Customer support was quick and efficient both with response time and action

最悪です。 猫をお願いしたのに何の生き物かわからない不思議な物が届きました。 2個も買ってしまって後悔しかないです。 それを伝えたら2割返金するからそれでよろしくみたいなメールがきました。 詐欺だと思いました。

This was a great experience in how easy the site was to navigate as well as how quick and helpful customers service was Not to mention how much my wife enjoyed the gift
