After personal experience regarding unpaid claims, delays and no response I would say avoid the company! If you have their coverage, switch immediately! I have very little faith that my claims will be paid and I’m canceling coverage with Odie and switching to Embrace

If I could give a zero I would. Like many of the previous reviews we were transferred to Odie from Many Pets and been having a terrible time. I have 6 claims going back to April and nothing paid! I tried to call but goes into voicemail and no one ever calls back. I email them and they say they are busy but not too busy to take our premiums! This was supposed to be a seamless transition and we were to be grandfathered into the same program. We will be calling Many Pets as well. If nothing is resolved we will need to take additional steps.

The worst experience. Rollover from ManyPets. Premium doubled and my claim was denied of course as a preexisting condition. I have wellness insurance as well and all the shots and Drs visit were also denied. I brought my dog in for limping but also had the yearly things done, shots, fecal etc to actually save a few bucks since we were there. X rays showed arthritis as well as issues that were from a previous surgery that I know they would not cover, but I do not think arthritis is preexisting! It is a new development. Also the time frames for a response is way too long. Yet the premium of $106 is grabbed very quickly when due. What a bunch of dishonest people. I had referred at least 5 people to ManyPets and now they all are stuck with Odie and all will cancel.

They take money from you easily, but never pay you for your pet. None of my claims were approved, just bullshit like "your documents are insufficient or didn't meet our policy...". They never help when you need, don't waist your time on them.

Avoid at any cost! I was transferred to Odie from ManyPets. They sent the notice just 4 days before the transition. My premium doubled. I had a long email conversation with the support team, and they are just stonewalling, doing nothing. The worst insurance experience ever!

If you love your PET be careful with Odie Pet Insurance. They don't accept any claims. Only they will accept claim if you have deductible and that much you will recieve from them. They will use deductible. Stay away from them. What they promise is not true!!!! This is the worse pet insurance.

Joined Odie from the ManyPets rollover. Was promised no interruption to coverage. I was sent an incorrect quote with different numbers and insured party names multiple times, and tried addressing it prior to automatic renewal -- support responded a few times and then stopped prior to renewal. I could not get in touch with them for weeks via e-mail, website chat bot, or phone. Went without pet insurance for over a month. Escalated issue with ManyPets to see if they could get in touch with Odie. Odie support responded that day after the issue was brought up by ManyPets. I gave my payment information and authorized account creation, and was told the quote/account name issues would be fixed that same day. Once they processed all of the back payment, they stopped responding. I cannot submit any reimbursement claims until they fix the name on my account...

AVOID THIS PET INSURANCE COMPANY!!! Odie Pet Insurance is horrific! I submitted a claim and it was denied. However, I have several questions about my policy and my claim. I have been asking for someone for a month via email and voice mails to call me for some information that is not on their website. No one will talk to me. I called the phone number over and over, but it continually goes to a voice mail after 5 minutes. However, they are quick enough to take my monthly payment. Terrible company!!
