got shafted by manypets to this insurance provider. if cust svc is an important criteria do explore all others before locking to this updated: i was able to get it resolved as they required all records over the years and finally did approve it

I was nervous at first, coming over from Many Pets. They are a bit slower to pay claims but have gotten faster in the last couple of months. My pup had surgery Dec 4. It was a condition that Many Oets had covered. I received 2500 today, before I even have to pay my CC bill, so I am happy. They have paid out about $3500 since we were switched to them in March of 2025.

Hi Michelle! Thank you for your feedback. Odie Pet Insurance is a paperless company. We like to keep a small carbon footprint. Also we are a reimbursement plan. You don't need a card. That's one of the benefits to being a member. Freedom to visit any vet.
