We were transferred over to Odie from ManyPets in Jan. And ever since then, it has been a nightmare working with Odie. The price doubled what we were paying with ManyPets and it isn't even the same services. Every claim we submit is delayed by WEEKS and we can barely get ahold of anyone for updates. Emails responses take 7-15 days for them to reply, and good luck getting an answer on the phone or a callback. They say delays are due to high volume of claims being submitted but I have had 3 other insurances for my dogs and NEVER experienced this. We would cancel if our dog did not have preexisting conditions that ManyPets said would be covered under Odie. Take your business elsewhere.

I’ve been deeply disappointed with my experience using Odie Pet Insurance. What was promised as a quick and simple reimbursement process has turned into a drawn-out ordeal. I have submitted multiple claims since May 2025 for over $3,000. Despite repeated follow-ups via email and phone, I have yet to receive reimbursement — or even meaningful communication. The claim portal offers minimal transparency, and customer service responses (when they arrive) are vague and unhelpful. Reimbursement delays of **months** are unacceptable, especially when financial support is urgently needed for pet medical care. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and volume of similar complaints from other policyholders suggests a larger pattern of dysfunction. I urge anyone considering this provider to research thoroughly and proceed with caution. My experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and deeply disappointing. I am canceling my policy and moving to another insurance provider.

ODIE: absolutely horrific and unethical service I was transferred over from ManyPets, and assured that my dog's preexisting conditions (allergies) would be covered- both from ManyPets AND Odie, before I agreed to be transferred over. It's all in writing. Guess what - my dog's allergy treatments are NOT covered as promised. Also - horrific customer service. Nobody answers chat, nobody answers the phone. Emails take a week or more. I had claims for 6 weeks - still unresolved after weeks of followup. I filed a Wellness claim (for flea treatment). Outstanding as of weeks. I was also told that the minute you file a Wellness claim, you are on the hook for the remainder of the year's premium - even if you try to cancel. So I pulled the claim and cancelled the insurance. Now I'm $300 out for nothing. They will take your money regardless. Stay away. What a scam.

Stay away from this pet insurance!!! I was originally a ManyPets customer, but after Odie took over in early 2025, everything went downhill. Odie has made filing claims a nightmare. They asked me not only for all my dog's medical records, but also for years of invoices and receipts, which are not relevant to verifying medical history. It feels like a tactic to delay or avoid paying out claims. Calling their support number is useless, you only get a recorded message saying they're experiencing high volume calls. No one ever called back. But they kept charging me premiums on time every month while giving zero and reimbursement. There is no transparency, no accountability, and it doesn't feel like anyone there cares about your pet or your claim. They only know how to charge your money. I truly regret staying with Odie. It feels like a scam rather than a service. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for real pet insurance.

Repeatedly delaying all claims reimbursements for as long as humanly possible. Denying claims as ineligible for no legitimate reason. Broken claims portal, further delaying submission of claims, which I do not believe is unintentional! I was unable to update payment method on the website. Zero response for weeks at a time from customer service, something that should be considered fraud. I've left multiple voicemails, sent multiple emails, and never receive a single response from their useless chat feature on their poorly managed website. The first and only 2 claims they have paid since Feb. 2025 took 3 months to receive payment on. These were both simple, straightforward wellness claims. I had to supply them with all of my pets medical records, since Odie falsely claimed ManyPets did not provide those when they aquired my policy. Yet another stalling tactic to delay processing of any claims. Clearly, this company is here to take your money and pay out as little as possible or nothing at all. They are quick to deny, immediately process any claim that can be 'applied to the deductible', YET they will drag out reimbursement for totally documented, evidence supported, legitimate claims for months on end. I cannot even count the times I've repeatedly reached out to them and never gotten a response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.THEY WILL NOT PAY OUT WHAT THEY OWE IN A TIMELY MANNER, IF EVER. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXCUSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If there were zero stars, that is just what they'd get. Odie Pet Insurance is a SCAM.

Keep charging me despite I clearly stated I would like to cancel the policies and get past month refund as I did not agree to that steep rise. No response now and keep charging despite I requested cancellation.

Their trying to avoide paying the claim.
