Terrible place that doesn't even allow you to call to ask questions before you rent. Customer service is HORRIBLE! Run from this place. There's better sites that actually care about their customers.

Horrible customer service. They wont even let a potential renter call to ask questions until AFTER they have paid. Edit: I didn’t even mention the fees…that must be another big issue they have.

This is my second boating season using GetMyBoat and I’m truly enjoying it.

I really like the app. Maps, listings, quick contact with owners. Without it I’d have to spend a dogs age researching who to trust to book a schedule-limited period on a Holiday Weekend with family from all over the US. It's clear that all involved understand the concept of not getting the most fun out of a cool boat on a beautiful day if the owner and boater can't reliably connect and make a plan. To me that's the worst thing for everyone. Also, it's nice not to have to join a boat club and pay massive initiation dues just to have the privilege of renting. Thanks.
