Booking process and the communication made easy with the service provider

Service was great booking was on point we had lots of fun

Had a great time.

The captains were very nice, and welcoming, the experience was fun because there were us 12 girls and how can you not have fun just being together? Now, a couple downfalls, take off took about 45 mins, there was a delay and the captain couldn’t figure out the engine that was stuck through moss and mud in the lake, and I think because of that we should’ve gotten 45 extra minutes added to our time to make up for it. Another thing, not that we would’ve used the bedroom/bed area, but it’s the principle of it being very dirty and messy like, almost like a crime scene, the bathroom had many issues as well, there was wet old toilet paper and no toilet seat on so you best believe we had to hover! also it was clogged majority of the time as well. Now towards the end, the captain made me fill out the survey in front of him and told me if I didn’t “it would charge me more” which didn’t really make sense and it made me feel like I couldn’t answer the service in truth. All in all good experience but def needs to be less expensive price wise, not worth $1800 for 3 hours.

On time, friendly, accommodating and informative

Great response, easy booking, great communication and experience

Terry was great, he allowed us to board early and get things set up before we sailed. The boat was clean and perfect for the occasion.

Excellent service and quality boat. Exactly as described and more.
