CANCELLED ON 11 PEOPLE 40 MINUTES BEFORE DEPARTURE — COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE Absolutely unacceptable and unbelievably unprofessional. We booked this boat for a group of 11 people for a six-hour trip from 11 AM–5 PM. This was not some casual last-minute plan — coordinating ELEVEN people for an entire day takes time, money, planning, transportation, food, drinks, schedules, and preparation. Then, 40 MINUTES before our scheduled departure, Frank cancelled our booking. Our departure location was approximately 30 minutes away, meaning he essentially waited until the exact point when a group of 11 people would already need to be leaving for the marina to tell us that the trip was not happening.
