My Theraphist is excellent and caring. The program she assembled is yeilding good results.

Very inflexible basically told me on the phone that if I have multiple issues, they are unable to help me! I work at a desk and I have for over 20 years and as such my neck hurts my shoulders and my lower back and arms, but the person I spoke to to schedule the session told me I can only pick one of those as their therapist can only help with one. While it sounded like having a therapist, come to my home would be convenient, if the therapist is unwilling to help me with the issues that I’m having, it’s not helpful at all! They also require that you get a referral before they will see you. Even after I made it clear I would pay out of pocket, they were still unwilling to help me with multiple issues! --- To make this clear since they replied about "insurance nuisances", I told them I would pay out of pocket for the first visits, that did not matter, their therapist's can only help you with pain in one area so don't bother to call them if you have multiple issues from working at a desk!

Berg is professional, efficient, skillful, direct about what needs to be done.

My therapist knows exactly what to do as far as pain relief and making the therapy increase my mobility without causing a lot of pain. I feel he has advanced my progress in a timely manner.

Lisa is my PT professional and I think she is fantastic! She always arrives on time, understands where I am in my healing process and challenges me just enough. She adds exercises each time and it keeps things interesting. I really, really like her!!
