I would like to thank Julia for her support she provided me and her perfessional support she provided me with the problems I was having in making my purchase as easy as possible once again Julia thank you for the great support you provided me.

The product did nothing that it promised. My daily testing of my sugar never improved. Not 1 point on my tester. I changed nothing to affect my sugar so I would get a true reading. I contacted support and again they did not do as they promised in ad for a refund. All they kept saying is you need to use it longer. I used up 3 bags of it and got absolutely nothing from it. It is the perverbial snake oil from the old days. Also I dont like the fact they put you automatically on a renewal. They offer no way to not do that and calling to cut it off was a pain. They will not talk to you on the phone. Only email and they either refuse to answer straigtly or they just do not understand the English language. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I have been only taking it for about 3 weeks, see some change but not a lot yet.

Started using product and seeing positive results so far! Only concern was when checking out, I may have missed the option to have it billed to a different address than what where I had it shipped. I contacted customer service and explained what happened. I did receive the order and all is good!

The reason I'm giving you one star, which for me is a zero, is because you've been completely unresponsive to my complaints. It's true I made a mistake with my address on the first order, which I had to correct and send to you. However, you never fulfilled your promises. Below is the response I'm still waiting for from Amy: Hi Flabio, We’re very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused you. We understand how important it is for you to receive your order, and we want to assure you that we’ve already submitted a report to our shipping team to investigate this issue further. At this time, we’re actively looking into what happened and will update you as soon as we receive any new information. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this for you. Warm regards, Amy

I have been using Lirae Cinnamon for months now and definitely see a change in my numbers for the better. I have recommended Lirae to friends and family and would recommend to those who have issues. It’s worth a try. Customer service is great also. Keep up the great work!

Easy to use and fast delivery the only thing is you need to do is fix your order form so subscription is not checked only if customers check it

I had not initially received my first order, so I reached out to customer support. They responded very quickly to my email, recognized the problem on their side and let me know, and shipped my order out quickly. The whole time, they kept me informed about what was happening and gave me a tracking number. My Order arrived promptly afterwards. Great Job support, and Team. Thank You, Nolan Harvey
