I DO NOT LIKE IT THE PILL IS TO BIG FOR ME TO SWALLOW. I HAVE THYROID Disease AND A GOITER THEREFORE MY DOCTOR RECOMMENDS NOT YO TAKE THIS PILL TO LARGE. HURTS ME TO SWALLOW THIS LARGE PILL.

The staff at Lirae have been awesome. Kind words and some laughs, it’s a breeze to have any questions answered. The product from the past three months have actually worked. A1C has gone down .8 and other numbers have lowered or stayed stayed in the green. It has reinforced my confidence to continue use and maintain a better dietary lifestyle. I told them one time, we can still be friends. That will definitely continue! 😀

It was a good product. What I really appreciated is when I chose to discontinue us. They didn't give me any grief or difficult to cancel my subscription.
