Site was simple enough for this TCP (Technology Challenged Person) to easily place an order and the product arrived in a timely manner. Only been using the beanie for a few days, so kinda early for me to evaluate it.

I enjoy the way the cap fits and feels on my head, perfect. Me sleep was better the first time I wore it and now I’m wearing it when I take naps. Quality construction, too.

Jean, this made our day. Thanks for the note on the construction, we put a lot into getting that right.

The beanies are simply amazing. I think we sleep better. They also fit very well and are super comfortable.

I wondered what happened to my order after I had not received notification of order being sent or delivery for several weeks. I looked up my tracking an a delivery company delivered it somewhere random and not in the parcel lockers of our downtown Portland apartment building. So, it was sitting around for who knows how long and was obviously stolen. Havn did not help at all! They would not replace the order, issue a refund, or hold the shipping company responsible. I am out a lot of money!!!

Kate, Please reach back out to our support team with your order number and ask for it to be escalated, and we'll take another look at your options. Sorry again for the trouble.

Very glad I found HAVN to order lightweight beanie! After a couple of weeks I notice a huge difference with better sleep quality and less brain fog while working around Wifi and equipment, so much that I ordered an extra. Excellent customer service too! Win/win.
Response from HAVNJun 15, 2026
Kate, win/win is exactly what we're after! Thanks so much, and so glad you found us.

I like the products that help protect us from all the bad ray emitted by all of our tech devices. I am especially liking the pad for my laptop.
Response from HAVNJun 15, 2026
Thanks Joe! The laptop pad is a quiet favorite around here. Appreciate the support.
