Customer service is terrible - the worst. No phone numbers. They do not follow through in emails about returns. They just want your money and do not care about customer experience. Very low trust level. Ugh!

Fast service. I am a Ham Operator and painfully aware of EMF and radiation. Hams have a higher than average incidence of radiation induced leukemia. All the more reason to buy your products. Plus I am a stacker in Silver. I get it. Love you guys.

I love my blanket !!! I got the medium size blanket and I put it under the blanket on my bed. I sleep great. I also bought another beanie. I still would love the purple/blue one that is in pictures from time to time. Anyway I feel better wearing my hat and sleeping with my blanket. I will be talking them with me when I travel .

I like the baseball cap and beanie. I wish it weren't so expensive. But if they do help with the migraines I get, then they will be worth it. I get 45 days to decide, and I'm 2 weeks in, so we'll see.

I do notice a shift when I wear the beanie, but after wearing for awhile it gives me a headache - making my problems worse, not better. The lightweight beanie is not stylish in real life, and not enough stretch. I’m pretty sure they filter their bad reviews out, because I reviewed the product honestly and it did not show up. So all items on their website show 5 stars, so don’t believe the hype! Can’t trust any of these online companies advertising on social media anymore. They will also say there’s a sale, and then increase the prices LOL. Overpriced for sure, I ordered other stuff on Amazon for way cheaper and liked it.

Our reviews run through Yotpo, which is third-party verified. I unfortunately can't find any review for the lightweight beanie with your name on it. On pricing, our WaveStopper fabric is independently lab-tested to block 99.97% of EMF radiation. Cheaper Amazon options use a fraction of the silver content and don't publish test results — different product, different price. Either way, reach out and we'll sort this out.
