This company does not answer its phone or chat. Requested within several hours to adjust order before the business opened up for the day via phone, chat, and email. Ordered late Sunday night and requested change to order several hours later and eventually told that the order cannot be changed, even though it has not shipped yet. The order actually got split up into two separate packages to ship.

I placed an order at the end of July for a T shirt since I had an upcoming long distance flight in my future. I got it quickly and wore it on my long 10 hour day in the air. I honestly have to say that I felt great. I felt energized and I wore it on the trip back with the same results. I will definitely try another product in the future.

Ordered and paid for 5 items (~$500) and haven't received the items after 3 months of waiting.

It took over 2 months to finally get my order. When it finally arrived, I only got one pair of boxers when I ordered two. The one pair that came in was way too small. I ordered my normal size (medium) that I wear from other underwear brands. This product had a medium that was like an x-small. I contacted customer service numerous times. They won’t even respond to try to fix the problem. Essentially, I spent $90 for one pair of underwear that doesn’t even fit. Outrageous!
