I am not completely sure how it works
I am not sure it works, but my deep sleep is improving on my Oura ring app. UODATE 2 weeks later, definitely sleeping better and found out it makes a pretty good sleep mask as well if you pull it over your eyes. I am a tinfoil convert.

Should have pulled out my tape measure…
Should have pulled out my tape measure to see the actual size of the blanket I was ordering. It looks like the size of a security blanket for a toddler. Not sure an adult can receive the benefits from the size that it is.

What a difference I have 7 to 9 Hz of EMF in front of my work area in the doorway outside and I would get like headaches when I go outside and when I use the hat, it keeps my hat cool with no headaches. It keeps it from feeling any pressure. My wife loves it too.

I love the hat
I love the hat! I gave it to my daughter. She actually called me an ‘alien’. Laughing, she said “ it’s actually really nice and I’ll use it!!” So mama knows best! Even alien mamas!
