You keep making the Beanies better and better. Not too big, not too small. They don't seem to stretch as they used to. Making them much more comfortable. ALSO, the colors of the Beanies are becoming so COOL! I pretty much own most of them. Thank you for your commitment to continually improving your items. Not just the colors, but also for our safety.

HAVN did an excellent job communicating via text message about my actual address so I can receive my items.

⭐ 1/5 I really wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before purchasing from HAVN. I bought a pyjama set and received a store voucher, but since then the customer service has been incredibly disappointing. I have emailed HAVN multiple times simply asking when my voucher expires and have received no response. The only item I would actually like to use my voucher towards is a black women’s T-shirt, but my size has been out of stock for a very long time. I’ve also emailed to ask when it might be available again and, once again, received no reply. I understand that products go out of stock, but repeatedly ignoring customer emails is another matter entirely. I now have a voucher I would like to use, no idea when it expires, no stock of the item I want, and seemingly no way of getting an answer from the company. The lack of customer support has completely changed my opinion of HAVN. Had I read the other reviews describing similar customer-service experiences before purchasing, I would not have bought from them.

The delivery was a problem, but once solved and the beanie arrived, my daughter reports it is comfortable and good-looking. I'm waiting to hear when she feels it is helpful as a health aid for all the electronics in her environment.

Thank you so much for delivering two blankets. I decided to go with the medium size that way I have coverage when I sleep and then coverage when I’m downstairs doing my thing. You have to experience the blanket to understand how beautiful and well-made it is. I feel totally protected when I have that on and around me. Thanks for a great product.
