The HAVN light hats are incredible, and they work great at protecting my brain in an office with many different types of EMF swarming around. I firmly believe these cellular EMFs are the first cause of the rise of brain cancer. Protect your head first!

Thank you. An office full of routers, phones and laptops is exactly the environment we built the light hats for, since it's the exposure you can't switch off.

A wrong item delivered at the end of May 2026. They make the return process extremely difficult and don't respond for weeks. Their last email response said that they couldn't locate the tracked return package after it was delivered there by FedEx and would get the response from their warehouse within 48 hours. That was more than three weeks ago. There is still no refund until today after more than three months. They also keep raising the product prices and they're now outrageous.

Hi Walter, Thank you for your feedback, and I am sorry this has been such a frustrating experience. I want to acknowledge honestly: the delays and back and forth on your return were not the standard we aim for, and I understand your frustration. The good news is that your refund has now been processed and is on its way back to your original payment method, so this is resolved on our end. Please allow up to 15 calendar days for it to reflect depending on your bank. We have taken your feedback about the return process and communication seriously, and I genuinely appreciate your patience through it. If anything on your refund does not settle as expected, please reach out and we will make it right.

COMFORTABLE - GREAT FIT
Response from HAVNSep 21, 2026
Comfortable and a great fit is the whole target. Thanks Debby.

The product is high quality. Ordering was easy. Payment plan is nice. Arrived in good time. One big exception: This too tight for my head and it hurts my ears. How do I return this for a refund? How about a customer service phone number so I can call you?
Response from HAVNSep 21, 2026
Thanks for the detail, and sorry the fit is too tight. We'd much rather size you correctly than leave you with something that hurts to wear. Email [email protected] and the team will sort it, either a return and refund or a swap to a larger size, whichever you prefer. We run support over email so your case stays documented end to end and nothing gets lost between calls.

The first night I wore the beanie I woke up in the morning with a clear mind. I kept paying attention to it then a week later ordered a blanket and ball cap.
Response from HAVNSep 21, 2026
Glad the blanket and ball cap joined the rotation. Thanks Lindy.

I like the hats. I like the fast shipping. I wish they had the notches in the side of the bill for my sunglasses.
Response from HAVNSep 21, 2026
Passing it to the product team for the next run of caps. Glad the hats and the shipping are working out.
