I LOVE this hat. It came fast enough for my road trip to the beach. There are cell towers every 5 miles on the interstate. This hat It is SO comfortable and it works. My skin on my face doesn't tingle when I wear it when I'm looking at my phone or laptop or when I'm on the interstate!

I have no issues with the size of the hat or feeling hot while sleeping. I’m trying to figure out if my CPAP mask goes over or under the hat. I was traveling and my sleep patterns were messed up so I need to give it more time.

You're right to give it more time. Travel messes with sleep far more than any hat.

Received my product very quickly. So far I love it. It is a beanie cap and I wear it every night to bed. I really feel better when I get up and I believe I may get a blanket in the near future.

HAVN is the best quality emf protective clothing you can buy. I recently bought a beanie which I wear at night & a cap I wear during the day. Both are excellent & made very well, with a beautiful lining in each, made of a material with real silver thru out it. It feels very reassuring to protect my head from electro magnetic waves, & thus allow me to sleep better at night & concentrate more clearly in the day, without the interference of any EMF waves.
