I recently reached out to KeySmart support after my KeySmart X broke. From the very first reply, their team was prompt, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. They went above and beyond by offering me a choice of replacement models since my original KeySmart X was out of stock. I chose the Loop (just like the X, I love the design), and they shipped it out right away. Their team kept me informed every step of the way, was professional yet warm, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare these days to see a company honor their warranty so hassle-free. I’m impressed with both the quality of the support and how easy they made the replacement process. Truly excellent customer service! This wasn't my first KeySmart product and it won't be my last!

I received the TSA approved locks but was unable to get them to function. Customer service sent a video connection thet was clear and I was able to get the locks to work, and not worry about the hassle of returning them.

I saw the ad on instagram and thought that this is a product that any traveler could use. I also thought: “Why didn’t someone make this before?” I ordered enough for myself and extras to give to friends and family. In my rush to order I failed to check the shipping address. ( it was incorrect). Initially panicking I noticed the very convenient- contact us button on the confirmation receipt. I promptly sent a request to have my order sent to my billing address on the confirmation receipt. It was a “Hail Mary” action on my part. To my pleasant surprise, a brave soul CAUGHT my pass and we scored a TOUCHDOWN!!! I am so so appreciative of this brave soul for catching my cry for help.
