Order not sent. As of 2/3/24 I was notified that my problem with Key Smart had been resolved. Thank you Trust Pilot.

Terrible product, terrible company. Got their backpack as a gift. Used it for a year before the zippers on the outer shell broke. Contacted the company to claim a refund/replacement but was told they no longer sold this product (strange that it is still listed on their amazon store though) so they would give me a discount voucher instead. Not good enough. Basically I am left holding the bag for a rubbish product where the warranty isn’t worth the paper it is written on. Stay away!

I ordered a key ring from them in mid June. By early July they were saying that it would be shipped. In the second week of July the 'sent the wrong tracking info' top me. Wehn I looked, they hadnt even shipped it until 5th July. I then recieved an email saying the key ring delivery 'had been missed' and insinuating that it was somehow my fault that they failed to send it. No apology, no expliantion, no idea about customer service. I've asked for a refund, but frankly im not hopeful.

I ordered a magconnect pro and a pocket clip A month ago and I still haven't received my package. Maybe it is because I live in Europe but I thought shipping wouldn't be a problem as they do offer international shipping. I contacted costumer support and they said there was a problem with shipping, then gave me another tracking code. When that didn't work they gave me a new code who is for a package sent to PORTUGAL... I DO NOT LIVE IN PORTUGAL!! I'm affraid that my money is gone... don't buy there.

the magnetic accessory keeps coming apart. I lost a key attached to it (thankfully it was found and returned) Don't get this item until they improve it

Bought 3 KeySmart packages more than a year ago. Apart the import duty taxes I had to afford (they should have been paid by them) but hey, just 10€ I thought it wasn’t that much after all. Well the negative part of the product comes with the repeated use.. the torsion applied to the keys the moment you use them makes the keys themselves start to rip off.. I had to change my home keys 2 times because of this. Not to mention the capacity.. only 4 keys ain’t that much compared to the price. Next time I won’t buy similar products knowing the damage it causes.

It stopped connecting to the tile app and so cannot be found and cannot find my phone. Tile won't deal with that and KeySmart do not have live chat, so I'm days in and emailing and waiting... nothing constructive so far. Avoid solely for the appalling customer service Keysmart have.

Terrible terrible company, I ordered my products, a Powerbank and a keysmart max almost ago and I have yet to receive my products. I got in touch with support and was told that they ran out of stock for one of the products, and since then, no word from them. Please bear in mind that no one from keysmart initiated contact for order. So right now, almost a month and almost 200 euros has been paid, and no product, and Bryan from support has been of no help. If you really must have keysmart's products, buy it somewhere else, but if they manage their logistics and customer service like how they manufacture their products, you would be better off tying your keys together with your shoe laces.
