Bought a card that wouldn't charge, but I had some great customer service to help me solve my issue (wrong wattage charge) and now it seems to work perfectly fine.

I needed to get a KeySmart Pro key holder replaced under warranty. It took a bit of back and forth but the customer service was overall very helpful (they appear to be very busy though so sometimes my follow-up takes a week for them to get back) and I received the replacement unit.

The usefulness of the product 👍 as it’s working well. But I was surprised to have to pay customs tax before they would allow entry to Denmark 🤔 this added an additional 160Krone ( £19 ) to the cost 😧
