Andressa was so helpful. I had a warranty claim with my Keysmart ipro and it was replaced quickly and easily, no questions asked. They really stand behind their products. Great customer service!

After jumping through many emails with no one getting back to me. I finally received confirmation of my emails by Andressa and was sent a new charging cable by KeySmart free of charge.

Put in the wrong shipping address and sent them an email. KeySmart immediately shipped another one to my right address and just asked me to return the first order if it did end up coming to me. It didn't and everything worked smoothly! Very impressed by their prompt and helpful customer service (shoutout to Andressa!)

I am in the Philippines and I bought a deep-carry pocket clip online, a few months back. I absolutely love it, but it broke, probably my fault due to stacking up all the tools they got along with a lot of keys, and extension screws to accommodate everything, and I simply kept it hooked recklessly onto my jeans pocket, knowing how thick the whole thing is. So, just for the heck of it, I sent an email to ask if there is some sort of warranty on it, I quickly got a reply and they proactively sent another one free of charge. They even took the trouble of checking with me if I received it or not. I replied reporting issues with shipping and tracking and they simply told me they would re-send it. Lo and behold, both pocket clips arrived. I asked to send the other one back, but they said it would be impractical, and just keep it. This is the kind of customer after-market support KeySmart provides. Customer service like this is a threatened species. Now, I'm thinking of getting another Keysmart to put the extra pocket clip on, a different color this time. I mean, why not? If anything goes wrong, I have absolutely nothing to worry about. Sorry for the lengthy message. I just feel I had to share my beautiful experience.

The magconnect (titanium version) might be my favorite product I own. Super strong magnet and is so much more convenient over a regular keychain connection. Product showed up on time and the product and packaging quality are top notch!

The best key organizer I've come across. Keysmart has a great proposal for those who have several keys and don't like carrying all of them in their purse making a key noise. And I'm also passionate about the tools that you can attach to Keysmart Max. Looking forward to my next item the Slim Wallet.

I recently purchased KeySmart Max and I really love it. Compact add-on for my keys and almost the size of a lighter, I barely feel it in my pockets. The trackable feature is so awesome!

I received the sumo charge cable and it's fantastic. I've never seen such a resistant material used for phone charge cable. I love it and love this brand! Way better better than all the random brands in retails.
