Does last forever...
I just ordered Smart Key's 128 GB 3.0 USB key drive as an upgrade to my old 32 GB Lacie 2.0 USB Key. I realized I've been using my Smart Key every day for the past 7 1/4 years and it's as good as new. I haven't received the drive yet obviously but I'm sure it will be as sturdy as the key holder itself. I wish I had room for more of their accessories!

Pocket Key Retention With Tracking
I have an iPro KeySmart which I carry with me everywhere I go. It has built-in Apple Air Tag circuitry which I can track with the Apple Find My App. I got excellent customer service when it failed to track, and got a rapid response from customer service the same day! The associate was very helpful and got it synched immediately with her assistance. A pocket key retention with tracking goes with me everywhere!

Good warranty support.
Had a Keysmart Pro for years, worked great. Upgraded to Keysmart Max and device had some technical issues. Contacted company and with some quick verification of the issue they shipped out a replacement device asap. Pleased with the support from this company.

Such a pleasant experience
I contacted this company inregards to a purchase I made on Amazon of a product of theirs. I was so very happy with the quick and wonderful response I received. They were so very nice to replace a missing piece for the product I had purchased with great ease.

Excellent customer service
We really like the product that we purchased. Unfortunately, a piece broke and it became unusable. However, upon contacting the company, they quickly offered us a free replacement, and with such a friendly and warm attitude. We were so impressed with the customer service and happy to go back to using the product.
