Good customer service. Very quick response to my email, and was given a clear explanation for the issue I contacted them about. My product was no longer under warranty (I got 4 good years out of it), but they were kind enough to give me a nice discount coupon to replace it with at low cost.

I had other similar card/tokens To be used with Find My. The advantage of this card is that it is rechargeable using the wireless charger. Support service very quick & helpful too!

I received a KeySmart as a gift with no purchase information. It was missing a part so I contacted them with what little information I had and a photo of my gift. They were prompt in sending me exactly what I needed so I can use my gift. Great Customer Service!!!!!
