Great customer service!
I kept losing my wallet so I decided to give this companies wallet tracker a try. I have been so impressed by the product and customer service. I had a problem understanding the set-up so I sent a message to Keysmart customer service. They replied quickly and fixed my issue right away! Highly recommend.

The Smart Card Saved My Teen Driver
My teen daughter recently got her driver’s license, so I bought her a tracking card from this brand—and I’m glad I did. She lost her purse a few weeks ago, and I was able to track the card to Target and recover the wallet and purse. 10/5 stars!

We had some trouble with the delivery …
We had some trouble with the choosen parcel service (they lost track and finally send back to sender). But the support offered by the service agent was excellent. He was very patient and prepared a new delivery for me while waiting to get the first package 📦 back. Best customer care I experienced for a long time.

Yes, was late, but worth it
Yes, the order was really late, but the service was impeccable and the products arrived. And like everything I've bought from Smartkey since the Kickstarter days, they all have very good design and quality. It's definitely worth it.

So it's a long story but to make it short they happily replaced my cord and sent me a whole new set, looks better than I knew I originally ordered. They were very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this charger, and company.
