While I don't feel the product was perfect, it probably prevented some pests from bothering my animals, I live deep in the central Maine woods and the insects, fleas and ticks are relentless. I still had to remove a few ticks but the mosquitos and blackflies were deterred by the button. If you are seeking a natural remedy and still check your pets for ticks frequently, this is a good option. None of my pets experienced any sickness from the button like they do from some of the chemical meds on the market. Roy with FurLife customer service has been very helpful in making sure I am satisfied to the fullest extent.

I purchased 2 pods for my dogs. I was impressed that it was all natural ingredients, unfortunately, this is a scam. Both my dogs still have fleas! My small dog is allergic to fleas, so I so hoping this would be the final item that would help. WRONG! He is in worse shape now, than before. He is so very miserable. It breaks my heart that I can't find anything to give him relief. I definitely will NOT recommend this product. P.Lindsey

I needed to cancel my order the day after I ordered it.I wrote to them and within hours I got an email saying that they have canceled my order and that I will be getting my refund. Absolutely excellent service and I have to thank Roy for my email.

Mr. Roy my Customer representative from Fur life was very responsive to my Email request with one of their products quickly resolve the issue in a very timely manner highly recommend for life for your pet purchases.

I wouldn’t recommend this product or company. We bought the pendants for our dogs and they were supposed to last for one year. As soon as spring arrived (about four months in) we started finding lots of ticks on our dogs. I contacted them because the pendants were supposed to last a year. They said sorry, they were only guaranteed for one month. So let me get this straight - you sell a product you tell me will last for a year, but you actually only guarantee it will last for a month. They also had the nerve to suggest I buy a second collar from them for back up. Why would I buy another product from you when the first one I bought didn’t work???

The purchase from Furlife was very easy and got the products quickly. Had an issue and had to contact customer support Julia responded to my the same day and resolved my problem. I’m very happy with her and this company and will buy products from them again.

Roy, Julia, Ramon and Mat was very helpful when I had a problem with our first order of the pendants from FurLife. They responded to my messages on Facebook in a timely manner. This allowed me to communicate with Customer service due to my deafness. I’m hoping the next round will work and last 12 months. I’m not one who writes a review before trying out a new product. I appreciate their willingness to resolve the issues I had. Thank you and God bless!
