I had trouble, the fault of my own, when I placed an order. I notified the company immediately by email and Julia immediately emailed me back explaining what had happened during my order process, refunded what I did wrong and how to correctly reorder what I wanted.

I reached out to either cancel and initiate a new order with FurLife for the natural flea collars because I had accidentally ordered dog collars, & i have cats, or to have my order adjusted.. Additionally I wanted to change the colors I'd selected. It was after customer service hours so I emailed my requesr. The following morning my concerns had been resolved by Ramon, who wrote me a personal message to let me know that even my color selections had been changed and my order had been adjusted to suit me. I look forward to the arrival of these natural oil collars. I have used bravecto & nexguard and am not satisfied with the return of fleas long before the window of protection is supposed to cover. The toxicity of those products I will be glad to have behind me as well!
