We purchased two of the furlife pendants to put on our dogs’ collars after seeing fleas last fall and then a round of ticks this spring. It’s been about two months and we haven’t seen a single tick! Customer support from Julia has been awesome as well!

I had ordered the 2 pack pendant and only one had arrived. I emailed the company before I went to sleep that night and had gotten a response from Julia by the time I woke up in the morning. I was told a pendent would be sent out ASAP. Thank you so much for great customer service.

This product absolutely sucks there are fleas all over the dogs and this morning I went to give our male dog a and there was a tick directly underneath the 8-month color and I know that we have lost our money because our female dog has been pregnant and didn't have her puppies until July the 4th so we have been unable to put it on her and from the other reviews I have read I'm assuming once again scammed out of $100 and I gotta say the most irritating part of this is that this company has absolutely no sympathy at all for our fur babies to actually prolong such a terrible experience they have to go through just to be able to go outside and play and potty not to mention selling products that they falsely claim to protect our babies putting them in harms way and if I had my way about it I would not only give them 10 zeros I would see to it that they were put out of business while doing everything possible to sue them for the fact that they put a part of my family in harms way!!! Everyone who will take the time help shut these people down this should be against the law this is not just a scam this is my babies they are messing with and no one wants to know how serious this Mama Bear is about this!!! This company needs to be shut down immediately because people think since they have spent all this money on this product that it is going to be a good one and when they willing know they are selling products that are not protecting our babies as far as I'm concerned it's no different attempted murder they need to be sued!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're truly sorry to hear how upsetting this situation has been for you, and we understand how distressing it is to see your dogs dealing with fleas and ticks. We know how much our pets mean to us, and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. Our collars are made with 100% natural ingredients and are designed to help repel fleas and ticks for up to 12 months under normal conditions. However, no flea or tick prevention product can guarantee that a pet will never encounter fleas or ticks, particularly in areas with high parasite activity or an existing infestation. In those situations, treating both the pets and the home environment is often necessary to break the flea life cycle, and additional preventive measures may be recommended. We also understand your frustration regarding your female dog's situation. During pregnancy and nursing, we always recommend consulting a veterinarian before introducing any flea and tick prevention product to ensure it is appropriate for both the mother and her puppies. We would appreciate the opportunity to review your case in more detail and see how we can help. Please contact our support team at [email protected], and we'll be happy to look into your situation and work toward a suitable solution. Thank you again for your feedback. We take all customer concerns seriously and are committed to continually improving our products and the experience we provide.
