I got the FurLife collar for my dog Blue. Seems like we are in a world now where ticks are predominant year round. Also Blue reacts badly to fleas. He was always scratching and chewing no matter what. I put the collar on him and within two days he was calm and not jumping up to chew or nibble any more. He is so much calmer and happier. I had tried pretty much everything but hate chemicals on my animals. This Furlife collar did more in two days than ANYTHING I have tried. Thank you Furlife for making Blue so much happier!!!!!

Beware!!! First the shipping said Germany as that is what was told when I was going to purchase the collar. I always ask. But all of a sudden the tracking changed from showing shipped from Germany on 2/28 to shipped from China on 2/28. What kind of scam are you running? I still do not have it and will be returning as I will not subject my pet to anything from china or from a company that outright lies to customers. I have screenshots of it all for those keyboard bullies so don’t bother.

I am getting pressure from Trustpilot and FurLife to change my review. FurLife has refunded my money and they emailed after several dissatisfied emails and this review from me saying they shipped a new order free of charge and would appreciate if I change my review. So I’m editing my review with this update. It has been a month since I ordered and I still don’t have the cat collar flea and tick deterrent I ordered. I do now have my money refunded. It is now flea and tick season where we live and my cats are exposed. I will update if I ever receive them. I would update the stars now if they offered to make the issue right in the first couple emails after I brought the stalled order to their attention. Or after I asked for a discount since it would take so long to receive the order. They didn’t. The customer service was very responsive, but not helpful. FurLife, I will update this review if I ever receive the order. It has been 11 days since I wrote this review and a month since I ordered. You have had plenty of time to fix this issue. I still don’t have the product. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ordered from this company 20 days ago. I got a notification a few days later that the product would ship from somehwere in China and take 13 days once shipped. It still hasn't shipped. I contacted the company and they said they had been notified that the product never left the facility in China and they would process a redelivery for free. Those were their words. I never received a delivery and I paid for the product, so what is free about that? The redelivery is now being processed and I just got the same notification that it will take 9-13 days once it is shipped. The refused to discount or expedite. This is ringing all the SCAM bells for me. DO NOT ORDER

Not having to use chemicals and endangering my pets lives at an affordable price and still keeping them flea and tick free is the biggest reason for using FurLife. Great product, look forward to being a return customer here on out. Thank you FurLife!

I watched their video on Instagram and placed an order. The collars have just been shipped from CHINA!! I would not have ordered had I known this because I've had bad experiences with orders placed from China. It will take 9-13 days to receive! I emailed them and their rep said items were shipped from Germany. My tracking information states CHINA. Never again.

I just received mine. I have two dogs. It's getting warmer here in Nova Scotia so I have them on my pups. I love the smell and the color is great. Ticks beware! Time will tell how these work. Hoping for greatness! I hated giving my dogs medication

So far so good ! My dog doesn’t like pills and sprays!
