After reading all the mixed reviews I did a little digging. Things were not adding up to me. FurlifeTM is made and shipped from the US. However many people are confusing it for FUR-LIFE.NET. *** THESE ARE TWO DIFFERENT COMPANIES! Fur-life.net seems to be a very sketchy sight. They have a 6hr return policy unlike Furlife tm. They have a money back guarantee. Know what company you are ordering from! I'll be placing my order today for FURLIFETM!

The collars are very comfortable for my English Bulldogs. The customer service was great! The collars were a little small, however the company corrected issue!

I was accidentally shipped the incorrect item but customer service was so quick to respond (under five minutes!) and the issue was resolved and the correct items were shipped. It took a little longer to get than I was expecting but since I got them and put them on my dogs I have seen a dramatic drop in the fleas on them. So overall I am pleased.
