I hate the ideas of chemicals on my pet and had already switched my cats to an organic flea collar. I was so thrilled to find Fur Life to try on my dogs too, before the flea season started so they are already protected. Fingers crossed that this works for them and we don’t have any issues with pests on our pets!

My 4 dogs have worn these collars for 2 weeks, and all still have fleas. These do not work.

This means that it's possible for ticks to be present on your pet, but our collar will prevent them from biting and infesting your pet. I was extremely surprised and thankful for the Customer Sevice help I received. I had ordered what I thought was a 12 month protection collar. Instead what I received was a 12 month pendant which you attach to your pets collar. My dog doesn’t wear a collar so the pendant wouldn’t suffice. The collar choice was for 8 month protection (there isn’t a 12month one). I hadn’t noticed the difference. I then contacted FurLife and explained that I wanted to exchange the collar. Within a few days Julia emailed me and then sent me a replacement collar….no questions asked, no charge, and no sending back the original pendant.To me that is outstanding customer service. Julia was kind and professional. I love that their products are all natural. My sweet shihtzu is extremely sensitive to topical and oral flea & tick medication. FurLife’s products are a win win for us! Thank You so much FurLife!

I ordered flea/tick collars on March 8,2024. Order# FL81838. On March 15 I received an email that it would be another 15 BUSINESS days before I would receive the collars. They should not have taken the order if they were out of stock. Unacceptable.

I ordered the collars March 8. Today is March 18 and I still have not received the items. Seems like they are shipped from China but billing says WY. Interesting. FL80448 is order number. It is tick season in VA and have no idea when the order will arrive. Linda

So far, so good. It took awhile to get my collars - but well worth the wait. It’s only been on my 2 fur babies less than a week - and their itching has been dramatically less! Love this all natural product so far!
