It’s a great product cause we have a dog that can not use nexquard or any chemicals in other flea collars.

My animals were scratching all the time but I never saw fleas or flea dirt. I had never got my young cat any flea Meds, so I decided to try the collar. They work great on all 3--2 cats and one dog. The dog is the only one that goes outside but she lays in the dirt. I'm sure she brings in fleas even tho she is treated every month. Extra help won't hurt. Gayle Forget

So far so good! I have 3 dogs and all of them have had the collars on for about 2 months now. I can honestly say I have not seen one tick and none of them are scratching like they have fleas! It’s a win win for all of us!! Way to go Fur Life!!

I ordered this collar unfortunately not doing the proper research on the essential oils used in this collar. You would think a company making a "safe" collar for animals, wouldn't include any oils that would be toxic or poisonous to the animals. Well....wrong! My 8 pound 10yr old chihuahua started acting very strange after a few hours of having the collar on. She's been wearing it week and progressively started getting very low energy, she seemed depressed and agitated, low appetite. Then today she had a full blown neurological episode where she was wobbling disoriented and losing the motor function in her back legs. It was really really scary. I intuitively felt it was the collar and I took it off immediately and gave her a bath to wash any of the oils still left on her skin. Within an hour she was acting like her self again. It prompted me to then research the oils listed in this collar and ALL but ONE are toxic for dogs!!! When I looked up signs of essential oil poisoning in dogs it listed: Lethargy, tremors or wobbliness, paralysis of the rear legs, and agitation and depression. She had all of these symptoms. And my dog has been healthy her whole life. Not one health problem ever. These collars are unfortunately extremely dangerous and harmful to our pets and I really hope this review doesn't get taking down and helps another customer to never go through this, or helps one who maybe their dog is having the same symptoms and not knowing that there is a high probability that it's this "natural & safe" collar.

So far so good!! We live in a high tick area and we are in the forest every day. So far no ticks have come home with us! Secondly, after the original FurLife we bought broke while trying to get it on our dog’s collar, the company offered to send us another one without me asking. I was willing to buy another, but it says a lot about a company when they initiate making sure customers are happy. We will be buying others in the future 😊

The product is great so far! I like how the collar can be adjusted to fit a growing puppy. Thank you for a great product that helps protect my pet!

We ordered the FurLife flea/tick collars and they are awesome! Neither one of our dogs have had anything on them, definitely recommend.

EDIT: I contacted them per their request in their reply below. They asked me to remove this review in exchange for a refund. I asked how soon I would receive a refund after deleting this post. I have followed up 4 times, and haven't heard from them since. __________ My dog got 10+ ticks in 25 days of wear. Asked to return in 2x within the 30 day “guarantee” window, and was denied both times. Apparently their products have a 25-day minimum wear window (undisclosed on the “return policy” page) before you can even request a return. So, their “guarantee” language is deceptive and conditional. I later discovered myself that you have actually only 4 days to return this, and it’s days 26-30. Unfortunately, we were on vacation those days away from the dog. So they’re denying me because my THIRD return request was on day 37. I’m fighting for my rightful return, but as of now, feeling that this is a very deceptive company. And now I’m worried their collar was a scam/actively harmful to my dog. Do NOT recommend. Also, just looked at FurLife's stats on TrustPilot. ZERO percent of their 4 and 5 star reviews on TrustPilot are verified. The only reviews verified are 1-star, 2-star, and 3-star reviews. Among the 1 star reviews, many have described the harmful effects it had on their dogs, and how the product is made in China (not US, as described). Order # FL148080
