Purchased the flea and tick collar and I love that i don’t have to remember to spray my dog with essential oils or apply expensive topical products purchased from my vet anymore.

NOT RECOMMENDED: I've bought a 12 month pendant that is supposed to keep flea ticks and mosquitoes away. It is completely ineffective! It lost all of its scent within a week. I wanted to return it and take advantage of the 30 day money back guarantee and the company told me I have to wait 25 days before returning it. Mind you, it is not written anywhere in their return policy but they insisted that I could not process the return before 25 days. That in itself is outrageous because it leaves the consumer a window of only five days to get to the post office to return the product. At day 25 I told the company I wanted to return product immediately, because I did not have other days available to drive to the post office. They stalled for a few days, first offering a 60% refund, then an 80% refund. NO other option was offered. I basically ran out of time and had to accept the 80% refund because I did not have time to drive to the post office. STAY AWAY from this company and their ridiculous return policy. Also, make sure you read the complaints against them with the Better Business Bureau.

My dog Angel has a terrible time with fleas, even using the drops on her back she can still get infested. Furlife has kept her virtually flea free all summer so far. It works better than anything else I have tried, and I'm so grateful for the relief it provides her, and indirectly me 😊

I am so happy to find a non-chemical flea collar for my two cats. My cats are like Houdini when it comes to collars. True to form they escaped from the breakaway collars. I mentioned this to the company and immediately was offered a replacement in the form of the pendant. I'm happy to say, not only has the pendant been effective and my cats are scratching less, but they are keeping them on. Thank you, FurLife for exceptional customer service.

Having a pup with a seizure disorder and being able to have non toxic options for pest control is a savior! Since he is unable to take any of the oral meds for flea/tick prevention Furlife has come in to make life easier without me having to worry about his skin on top of it. I ordered for my second time and got the 12month option this time around because how happy I was with the product. Thank you!!

After having the pendant on for a few days my dog got her collar off and chewed it up. I contacted the company and they are sending me a new collar. They were very responsive and helpful.

My order was filled very promptly and shipped to me within days. The product seems to be working well for my dog. I ordered the tick/flea collar for him. I am happy that I can give my dog the protection he needs with no chemicals!! I often get communications from FurLife and I truly feel they care about their products and their customers! I ordered an item and it was too small, so these great people here at Furlife got me a differtent kind in exchange for my other one and it was perfect. Not only am I happy but my german shepherd Missoiuri is tick and flea free hes so happy.
