So far good product. My dogs have had it on over a month now. The smell was a little strong when first opened and my puppy was all over the place but was fine with it soon after. We live in southeast Texas, they haven't had fleas or ticks so excited to find a natural product for our boys!

I ordered the FurLife pet collar flea and tick slide-ins for 3 dogs and 2 cats. Several months later, I noticed the the inserts were missing from 2 of them on the dogs and when I reached out for assistance, FurLife did not hesitate to replace them both, free of charge! Great customer service!!!

I purchased the collar in March and started using it right away. In the past several weeks we have found several ticks on our Lab. I actually purchased two of them in the BUNDLECOUNT-2. Very disappointing to spend $72.00 on something that does not do what was promised.

My husky was riddled with fleas while she was wearing this. Did not work at all. This was after only 2 months of use. Contacted them about getting my money back but was outside the 30 day window. Stated their product only prevents dogs from being bitten not from them bringing fleat and ticks into your house. Seems pretty worthless to me. I wouldn't waste my money on this.
