My dog's pendant got popped when they were playing and the company was very quick to send me a free new product. Julia was very helpful.

I bought the collar flea and tick protection by mistake, I was intent to buy the pendant as I have been doing several times in the past, so, I soon it was delivered I contacted support, even though it was on a weekend Julia answered on Sunday (I was surprised), after that it got better, Julia understood clearly and quickly my problem, offered a solution, a very good solution I may say, and in a wiff my problem is solved. Amazing customer service. I wish for more people as Julia.

Bought these instead of seresto to save a little money…huge mistake…they are better than the cheap store brands but the dogs still have some fleas…never again-going back to seresto..

Their response to my issue was very quick and Julia was very helpful. The issue of the broken pendant has been resolved and Julia is getting a replacement out to me right away. The company is very prompt and easy to communicate with.
