I’m very excited to try the products. I placed my first order and forgot to enter the welcome promo code that I had received. Roy was able to credit me back the difference. Most companies would not do this so I really appreciated the help.

I had a problem with one of the 3 furlife pods I had ordered. I emailed the company and they responded the next day, asking questions, I emailed back what they wanted, then the next day received a reply they were going to send out a replacement. Fast and great service.
