I've only been using this product for a few weeks, but I am very pleased with the results so far. We are lucky in that we don't have fleas in my area as it is just too dry for them (thank heavens) but we do have ticks, including the type that transmit Ehrlichiosis, a particularly nasty disease that affects both dogs and humans! I wondered if there would be any issues with the citronella in the collar as this can sometimes be irritating to dogs, but I was worried for nothing. My dog hasn't displayed any adverse reactions to the collar and most importantly, he hasn't had any ticks at all. I am so pleased to be rid of the chemical impregnated collars that we were using. My dogs first FurLife 12 month expires in a few weeks. I have re-ordered. My Westie is very active and is in forest, fields and patrols his property, all four seasons. I have complete confidence in this product. I'm happy to no longer need pesticides or pills that could have side affects.

I recently made my first purchase at Furlife. In reviewing my order I realized I had a typo in my mailing address. I contacted customer support to request a correction and I got a very rapid response from Julia, confirming that she had made the correction and all was well ! I will change my rating if and when the issue is resolved. However, I bought 4x flea/tick collars for my pets. The collars have been on my dogs about a month, and smelled really good. However, not even 10 minutes into our first outdoor adventure my two dogs were covered in ticks. A good chunk of them being under/around the collars themselves. So as of right now, I am out $100, into 4 hours of my day of bathing/combing my dogs, and no insect protection for my fur babies until I find more.
